On August 3, 2009, Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. signed an annual agreement on supplying coal in 2010 to Elektrownia Kozienice S.A., part of the ENEA Group.

The agreement for 2010 is an Appendix to the Long-Term Agreement concluded between the two entities at the end of 2003. The Annual Agreements, attached as Appendices to the Long-Term Agreement, update the volume, schedule and value of sales of coal by Bogdanka to Kozienice.

On account of the performance of the above agreement, LW Bogdanka S.A. will generate net revenues of PLN 643.31 million.
