Changed retail price list effective as at 20.04.2009

We wish to inform you that sale prices of hard coal supplied by Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. will be changed on 20th April 2009.
Postseasonal change of prices encompasses all coal grades; therefore the net prices of hard coal supplied by Bogdanka are reduced since 20th April 2009 to the following level:
• 255 PLN/ ton - MIIA in class 20/25/12;
• 280 PLN/ ton - MIIA in class 22/18/12;
• 310 PLN/ ton - pea in class 27/07/12;
• 330 PLN/ ton - nut in class 27/08/12.
Soon all coal grades supplied by our mine in Bogdanka will be available for the Clients at new attractive sale prices.
